Amateur Pool Player, LLC ("Amateur Pool Player Television Series and Website") is committed to protecting your privacy. Amateur Pool Player, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries own, operate, or provide access to, several web sites and other features that provide an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively "Amateur Pool Player Web Sites"). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Amateur Pool Player Web Sites.

This Privacy Policy describes, among other things, the types of information collected about you when you visit an Amateur Pool Player Web Site; how your information may be used and when it may be disclosed; how you can control the use and disclosure of your information; and how your information is protected. • Information posted in community discussions and other online features;

• Correspondence you send to us; and

• Information collected about you offline (including via facsimile, mail, or in person for sweepstakes entrance forms).

Information we collect automatically on Amateur Pool Player Websites. Amateur Pool Player Web Sites may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Your browser type and operating system;

• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which is the number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet and that can sometimes be used to derive your general geographic area;

• If you access third-party services (such as Facebook, Google or Twitter) through an Amateur Pool Player Web Site, or if you access an Amateur Pool Player Web Site via a third-party service, your username and password for those services and other information available about or collected from you on those services, as described in our overview of third-party social networking services

IP Addresses and Click-stream Data-

We may collect IP addresses and/or click-stream data for purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers and sponsors. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. Our computers identify your computer by its IP address. When you request Web pages from the Site, our computers log your IP address. Click-stream data is information collected by our computers when you request Web pages from the Site. Click-stream data may include such information as the page served, the time, the source of the request, the type of browser making the request, the preceding page view and other such non-personal information. When analyzed, this data helps us analyze how visitors arrive at the Site, what type of content is most popular, what type of visitors in the aggregate are interested in particular kinds of content and advertising, and the like.

This privacy policy does not cover the practices of third parties, including those that may disclose information to Amateur Pool Player.

Combining Information. Please note that all of the information we collect about you may be combined, including to help us tailor our communications to you and to develop rich online content and services across the Amateur Pool Player Web Sites.


3. Use of Information

We only use payment and identity verification information, such as credit card numbers, driver's license numbers, social security numbers, or comparable national identifiers as necessary for completing a particular transaction or fulfilling a service (e.g., paid subscriptions, paid entry fees to tournaments or awards from winning tournaments) or as otherwise required by law.

Your information also may be disclosed as required by law, such as on a winners list. Also, by entering a promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that promotion, including allowing the sponsors to use your name, voice, and likeness in advertising and marketing associated with the promotion in accordance with applicable law. All terms applicable to the particular promotion will be made available to you at the time you enter the promotion.

• Co-Branded Partners. Co-Branded Partners are third parties with whom an Amateur Pool Player Web Site may jointly offer a service or feature. You can tell when you are accessing a service offered by a Co-Branded Partner because the Co-Branded Partner's name will be featured prominently. You may be asked to provide information about yourself to register for a service offered by a Co-Branded Partner. In doing so, you may be providing your information to both us and the Co-Branded Partner, or we may share your information with the Co-Branded Partner. • Amateur Pool Player Web Sites and other Amateur Pool Player businesses. Where permitted by law, we may share information we collect about you within the family of Amateur Pool Player Web Sites and with Amateur Pool Player LLC, our parent company, and other Amateur Pool Player affiliated companies, so we can provide you with information about products and services that might interest you.

Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Amateur Pool Player be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Amateur Pool Player has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms of Use, Amateur Pool Player is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Site or any Content, Amateur Pool Player’s liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the total of any subscription or similar fees with respect to any service or feature of or on the Site paid in the six months prior to the date of the initial claim made against Amateur Pool Player, or (2) US$50.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Amateur Pool Player, its officers, members, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Amateur Pool Player by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
